What crappy service for 16.8 Euros!!

Dear Comunio administration,
I can't believe that I paid the amount to you guys just so to get the slowest service on earth. Because of such a lame service I could not buy or sell players. Why on earth should I wait more than a minute for a player detail page even when I have paid the amount of money. The server just won't allow to make a bid nor would open the suggestion complaint page. Guess I should find myself lucky if others could see this message.
Is it possible to have my money back?
